How Virtual Visits Work

Book Your Consultation: Schedule online and choose a virtual or in-person option.
Complete Your Intake: Secure electronic forms help us understand your goals, medical history, and any recent labs.
Meet with Your Provider: Your licensed clinician conducts a Good Faith Exam (GFE) via a private video session.
Receive Your Plan & Medication: Once approved, your personalized treatment ships directly to you from our partner pharmacy.
Ongoing Support: Monthly check-ins, progress tracking, and optional coaching keep you on course.

Prefer an in-person visit? We welcome you to our Chandler, Arizona location inside SHAYANN SCOTT THERAPEUTICS™. This option is ideal if you’d like to combine telehealth care with acupuncture, bodywork, or functional wellness services.
